Mint Hot Chocolate

    Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
  2. 4 squares of Ghiradelli’s dark chocolate mint squares
  3. 1 cup of almond milk
  4. 1 cup of coconut coffee creamer
  5. Mint to garnish
  6. *Use cocoa nibs to make a dairy free recipe
  7. *add a cinnamon stick while melting for extra spice.

    Directions:

  1. The key to this recipe is buying the mint chocolate you like
  2. Add chips, mint squares, almond milk, and creamer in a saucepan on low
  3. Let all the chocolate melt slowly
  4. Whisk in the pan to create a little foam and garnish with some mint leaves!
  5. This will make 2 standard sized coffee cups of hot chocolate.
