- 2 cups freshly picked strawberries
- 2 cups organic sugar
- 2 cups Liber vinegar - 1 cup pinot noir and 1 cup white wine
- In a medium bowl combine berries and sugar, crush berries a bit to release juices and stir.
- Pour into quart jar and add vinegar.
- Place a non-reactive lid on jar and shake well.
- Let sit in a cool dark place for 1-2 weeks, shaking daily.
- Strain fruit.
