Sweet & Sauer Chicken Wraps

    Ingredients (2 wraps):

  1. 2 sweet peppers
  2. 1 carrot
  3. Cooked chicken (we used 1 breast simmered in Sonomics Almost Vinegar)
  4. 1/3 cup Bubbies sauerkraut
  5. 6-8 Bubbies bread & butter pickles
  6. 1 mandarin orange
  7. 6-8 canned pineapple chunks
  8. 2 leaves of Romaine lettuce
  9. 1 green onions
  10. 2 spinach tortilla wraps


  1. Drain your sauerkraut
  2. You can use pre-cooked chicken if you have some on hand; if not, prepare it in your favorite way
  3. Cut up all veggies (cut into strips works the best) but leave the Romaine leaf whole
  4. Chop pineapple chunks in half and peel the mandarin orange
  5. Get your spinach wrap and start piling the ingredients on!
  6. You can drizzle a little of your favorite salad dressing or sauce over everything before you roll it up
  7. Use the Romaine leaves to stabilize the wraps as you roll them up
  8. Be careful not to put too much on there, or you may have a difficult time wrapping the wrap up in a way that holds together
  9. Cut in half if desired and enjoy!
